Recruitment Process
1. Demand & Agreement
European employers share job requirements. We sign agreements and obtain necessary approvals (DOFE, etc.) as per Nepali law.
2. Sourcing & Screening
We advertise fairly, shortlist candidates based on skills and eligibility, and conduct interviews. No fees are charged to job seekers.
3. Documentation & Visa
We assist with passports, attestation, work permits, and visa processes in line with EU and Nepali requirements.
4. Orientation & Deployment
Pre-departure orientation and travel coordination. Post-placement follow-up to ensure smooth integration.
Ethics & Compliance
Fair Sourcing
Transparent advertising and selection. No discrimination on the basis of gender, ethnicity, or region.
Responsible Placement
We verify employer credentials and job conditions. Workers are informed of contract terms before acceptance.
Compliance
We follow Nepali law (DOFE, MoLE), EU labour directives, and ILO conventions on fair recruitment.
